This exhibition presents a series of work by New York-based artist José Parlá which is entitled as – Textures of Memory. It subtly displays the historical background of the artist’s work from 2004 to the recent works. There are more than 12 representative paintings and sculptures including large-scale paintings that serves as an anthropological study of impoverished conditions literally visualized on the walls of deteriorating cities.
